A Life on the Ocean Waves
We started the week over in Leeds (for a gourmet meal of fish and chips) where we joined Ben Waters, Martin Plock and Howlin Mat for the Blues & Roots night before heading over to the welsh borders where we recorded some songs for the Narrowboat Sessions, on a narrowboat :-) The video should be out in August.

Friday, we ventured up the A19 to Gateshead (fighting the satnav on the way which seemed to want to take us on a more scenic/meandering route) where we joined our buddies the Gilded Thieves at a new venue, Creative Base. The next day we were back up that neck of the woods again for the Stockton Pirate Festival and our first set on the good ship HM Bark Endeavour and then onto Dr McGonicals. Busy week, nice set of gigs

Dreams of Nashville
As we mentioned a little while back, we're off to the States next year for a bit of a roadtrip around the southern states taking in Nashville, Memphis, Austin etc. Bought the tickets for the flights this week :-)
